The site was really easy to figure out. Uploaded my photo quickly, which was nice. Checkout was straightforward too. Just a few minutes total. No problems at all.

I got a canvas from CanvasPop a few months back, it still looks great. I’ve moved it around the house a couple times, accidentally knocked it once or twice, and somehow it hasn’t picked up any scratches or weird loose corners. The colors still look the same too, which is nice because I was kind of expecting it to fade a bit. It’s just a canvas, so I’m not going to act like it changed my life, but yeah, it feels sturdy and not cheap. Happy with it overall

"The canvas turned out great, but I was expecting a small apology"
I ordered a canvas as a birthday gift for my sister, it came out really nice. The photo was clear, the colors were close to what I uploaded, and my sister absolutely loved it. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and it was packed well and ready to hang. The only thing is there was a small mix-up with the update emails, so I was kind of expecting at least a quick apology or acknowledgment. Still, the final product was great, and I’d probably order again for another gift.

I’m picky about things like this, so I noticed right away that my canvas had a small scratch along the edge. I sent over a photo thinking it might turn into a whole back-and-forth, but their support team got back to me quickly and sent a replacement without any hassle. The new one looks great, and I really appreciate that they took care of it so smoothly

"Decent print, but communication was a hassle"
The print itself turned out okay, so no big complaints there. But getting responses from them was frustrating. It took days to hear back, and when they did reply, the answers weren’t always very clear. I ended up having to follow up more than once just to get things moving. Anyway... it wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely expected better communication.

"Nice print, but the packaging felt cheap"
The canvas itself looked decent when it arrived, but the box was half crushed on one corner, which wasn’t a great first impression. There also wasn’t much padding inside, so the canvas had clearly been shifting around during delivery.
The print quality was fine, but the frame had a small dent, for the price, I expected it to be packed a lot more carefully. Customer service was nice enough, but I’d hesitate to order again unless the packaging improves.

I ordered a canvas as a birthday gift, and in my experience, the delivery was dependable. It arrived on the exact day they said it would, which was a relief. The tracking was simple enough to follow, and the package showed up in good shape. I do feel like it took a little longer to ship out than I would’ve liked, but once it was on the way, everything went smoothly.

Got the canvas print and yeah, it looks really good. Sharp detail. Colors are close to the original photo too. wasn’t expecting it to be this nice, but I’m really happy with how it came out.

I really appreciated that they sent me a proof before anything went to print. I noticed one small thing I wanted changed, and they took care of it quickly without making it a big deal. It was just nice to see everything ahead of time instead of crossing my fingers and hoping it turned out right. The whole process felt simple, clear, and reassuring. By the end, I felt genuinely relieved and really happy with how it all came together.

"Pretty solid frame, honestly"
I bought this frame for a little print I’ve had sitting on my desk for weeks, and overall I’m happy with it. The frame feels sturdy when you pick it up, and the corners look clean, which I always notice because I’ve had a few cheap frames in the past that didn’t line up right. Nothing fancy, but it does the job well

"Promo code was a hassle"
The print itself came out fine, so no complaints there. The annoying part was the discount. I signed up for the promo, got the email with the code, and then it wouldn’t apply to my cart. I ended up checking the email and receipt details a few times before contacting support. They did fix part of it, but it felt like a lot of back and forth for such a small saving.
